Sunderland arc joined over a hundred exhibitors in London to shout about what the city has to offer.
Think 08 gave visitors the opportunity to explore sustainable development and the economic, social and environmental challenges faced in delivering it.
It looked at the wider responsibilities of the property and construction industry in dealing with the issues of climate change, urban renewal and redevelopment.
The event was attended by URCs, local authorities and developers and included a number of conference sessions alongside a bustling exhibition centre.
