NEW ERA FOR SUNDERLAND CITY GATEWAY Sunderland arc, 7/11/2007

Exciting plans to rejuvenate one of the major gateways into Sunderland city centre, which could create more than 450 jobs, have been submitted. A Three Star Hotel, 6,500m2 of offices, 124 apartments and 333m2 of retail space are planned for Farringdon Row on the western approach into the city.
