Simon is a Chartered Surveyor who began his career in 1989 at Newcastle City Council. His experience in regeneration is extensive and varied, ranging from his time as a key member of the Delivery Team at the Grainger Town Partnership, to development consultancy at Donaldson’s in Leeds. Most recently Simon worked at One NorthEast, working with Sunderland arc for over four years. Simon joined the arc in January 2008 to become more involved in delivering the exciting plans for Sunderland’s regeneration. He is responsible primarily for Stadium Village and Farringdon Row Phase Two.
