As the arc moves into its phase of delivery the organisation has begun to increase its presence at regional and national regeneration events, speaking and exhibiting at high profile forums such as the Regeneration & Renewal Northern Regeneration Summit & Conference 2007, Manchester, the Tyne & Wear Commercial Property Show, Newcastle, MIPIM international property conference, France and the Think 08 sustainable communities conference, London.
The arc hosted the first of what is planned to be regular networking events at Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens in October 2007. The event coincided with the launch of the arc’s first regeneration magazine and was extremely well attended by approximately 120 representatives from local organisations as well as developers, partners and other interested parties.
