Michael Black BSc (Hons) MRICS Property Development Manager
Michael is a Chartered Surveyor with 20 years experience in property and regeneration, 10 of which were spent with Newcastle City Council. Skilled in land assembly, property development and regeneration Michael acquired and assembled one of the UK’s largest city centre development sites. He has contributed successfully to some of the North East’s biggest regeneration projects. Michael leads on Vaux and Farringdon Row phase one projects.
