David Walker BSc MRICS MAPM Chief Executive
David is a chartered surveyor with 20 years development experience across all sectors in the North East. David joined Sunderland arc in 2003 and since then has been involved in setting the strategy for delivery of the arc’s projects and has overseen their implementation. This has included representing the arc at the public inquiries for the Regional Spatial Strategy, the Unitary Development Plan (Alteration Nr 2) and the arc’s outline planning application for the Vaux site. Before joining the arc David worked in the private sector gaining extensive project and cost management experience. David is well versed on what it takes to deliver complicated projects.
